Leaders take random Civs

Civilization VII allows to select any combination of Leader/Civ, but you may have noticed that the AI often take the same Civs with a given leader and age. This mod will shakes things up a little, by giving each Leader only one favorite Civ, and allow them to take a random Civ in the other ages, among the ones they have unlocked. You can also use the provided config file to remove all Civ priorities, and AI will always take a random unlocked Civ, regardless of the Leader.
