Map Cheat Panel

Map Cheat Panel is a mod to allow us to modify the map while playing. Please use it with care; do logic changes to avoid issues in the future turns, I tested and had no problems. With this mod you can modify almost anything about the map, cities and units not included yet. I created this mod cuz I am tired about the non sense maps the game generate; like when there is a big ocean inside a big continent or a small lake close to the ocean but without access and a lot of other things. Please let me know if you find any bug. SHORTCUT F7 or on screen icon looks like religion one for now.
