Bear's Happiness Crisis Change

Do you hate the Happiness Crisis in Antiquity as much as I do? Then this mod is just for you! During the Stage 2 of the Crisis, cities that are unhappy (even if it's -0. 01) will begin to revolt , which causes them to change loyalties. If you are me and tend to overexpand, this can cause massive problems. This mod swaps the effect from Revolts to Riots, your unhappy cities will now simply pillage everything in it, which can still be quite disruptive end game as your Academies, Libraries, and Resources disrupt your legacy paths. Nothing else has changed. Strings are unchanged, so it will still mention "revolts".
