The evil twin of Baijen's Better Civ Biases has arrived. All Leader preferences towards Civilizations have been removed, all combinations of the AI and the player (if playing Random) are fully dice rolled. This effects both new games and age transitions. Compatibility: Not compatible with Baijen's Better Civ Biases. Not compatible with RHQ Artificially Intelligent AI Mod unless you delete the LeaderCivPriorities lines from the ant_vict, exploration vict, and modern_vict SQLs.
