Rogue's Civarium - Illyria (Antiquity)

This will have to wait for official mod support. This mod adds the Illyrian civilization to Civilization VII's Antiquity age. As is a common theme with some of my other civilization mods, this is a naval militaristic civilization, aimed to provide a bit of a different angle to Carthage . Focused on aggressive coastal expansion through military might, you'll find that while Carthage has access to its powerful cavalry units, Illyria is constrained to the seas as the masters of the Adriatic. Its unique settler unit is naval - meaning outside of conquest, you will be forced to line the coasts with your empire, but your powerful fortification and military bonuses make you a fearsome threat on the open water while your strongholds remain largely unassailable. Attributes​ Militaristic, Expansionist Unique Bonus - Masters of the Adriatic​ When settling a Coastal settlement, it receives free Walls and you receive a free Lembus. Unique Unit - Oikaiadēs​ Illyrian Unique Settler. Naval Unit. Has one charge to settle on an adjacent tile, has recon abilities otherwise and good movement.
