Allows you to build your civilization's Unique Quarter/Unique Buildings in Towns. It just kind of bothered me that my Towns would miss out on this entire aspect of my civilization. It also felt a little unfair that Unique Improvements can be built in Towns but not these buildings. Installation : Extract the contents of the zip file to your "(user)\AppData\Local\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VII\Mods" folder.
