Leader Colour Overhaul

This mod offers a complete overhaul of leader jerseys and civic icons for improved variety, aesthetics, readability and historical accuracy. Additionally, it also changes how the colours are displayed on the diplomacy ribbons to more accurately reflect how they should look, thanks to Leugi. The colours used by the civs include both edited versions of the ones provided by Firaxis as well as several brand new colors. The goal of having this limited pool was to make something that still feels broadly like it belongs in the base game while offering more visually and historically sensible alternatives.
