More Advanced Options (Victory Conditions & Age Progression)

Description This mod adds victory conditions and age progression options to the advanced options. The idea of the victory conditions is to prevent the AI to select disabled victory condition strategies and to prevent reaching the specific victory condition for everyone at all. The Age Progression options prevent adding age progression on specific events, if they are disabled. E.g.: If you disable the culture victory condition, the world fair wonder should be unreachable and the artifacts legacy path strategy should not be selected from the AI. If you disable Player Elimination, no age progression will be added if a player is eliminated in the game.
