Allows you to explore the rooftop in freeroam. Enjoy it without Gary throwing bricks at you!

A mod allowing you to spawn and get to the rooftop in freeroam.

It's entirely script-based and doesn't require any file replacement.

There's even a customisable Settings.ini for users to mess with a few things.
