Font Loader

- INTRODUCTION -

DSL's CreateFont function was originally intended to register a font with its DirectWrite factory, making it usable across all drawing functions. Unfortunately, that idea was scrapped. Therefore, for the sake of convenience, untapped potential, and our fallen comrade, I present to you Font Loader (the feature that should've been part of DSL since Alpha 1).

This mod loads and unloads fonts directly from local files, making them available to DSL's DirectWrite renderer. It means that you can use any custom font in DSL without having to install or uninstall them manually. Just drop your . TTF or . TTC files into "../Bully - Scholarship Edition/Graphics/" folder.

- INSTALLATION -

• []Copy (or Cut) FontLoader.asi

  []Paste it into your Bully - Scholarship Edition directory

  - ADDING FONTS -

  • []Download a font from a site like fonts.google.com or fonts.adobe.com

    []Copy the . TTF or . TTC file

    []Paste it into "../Bully - Scholarship Edition/Graphics/" folder

  • Done

    This mod does not require DSL to work, but it is highly recommended to use it alongside DSL since Font Loader was originally created for that purpose. Moreover, the game's default system does not support custom fonts, only DSL provides such functionality.
