SnappyMovement makes Borderlands 3 ground movement more responsive and closer to Borderlands 2 by reducing acceleration and stopping inertia without increasing the game's normal maximum movement speed.

INSTALLATION

1. Intstall latest BL-SDK / Oak Mod Manager

2. Download the main mod archive from the Files tab.

3. Extract SnappyMovement.sdkmod from the downloaded archive.

4. Copy SnappyMovement.sdkmod to:

Borderlands 3\sdk_mods\

4. Do not extract SnappyMovement.sdkmod itself.

6. Start Borderlands 3.

7. Open the PythonSDK / Mods menu.

8. Enable SnappyMovement.

Updating SnappyMovement:

1. Fully close Borderlands 3.

2. Download the latest version of SnappyMovement.

3. Replace the existing SnappyMovement.sdkmod in:

Borderlands 3\sdk_mods\

with the new file.

Selecting Soft, Near Instant or Instant automatically updates both sliders.

Changing either slider manually automatically switches Profile to Custom.

Changes are applied immediately while the mod is enabled.

COMPATIBILITY

SnappyMovement changes only the local player's runtime movement component.

The mod does not intentionally change MaxWalkSpeed, MaxSprintSpeed, GroundFriction, jump settings, air control or slide speed.
