NPC Dodge overhaul and more hp

In this mod i changed how dodgeing works and other hp the npc and now side dodge and other things its also harder to kill the npc due to me modifying it at the moment there is alot bugs but over time i can fix it you can spawn them with the npc spawner spell made by another person it affects all waves except custom ones wave npcs dodge less then spawned ones but it works they can now side dodge and they have a 100% chance to dodge if not on cooldown
