To activate any of the weapon abilities use trigger and spell button (ALT) at the same time when held, once the ability is active it can be triggered again with either the trigger or alt button (depending on the weapon and ability its tied to) until its deactivated, which will happen when the weapon is holstered or replaced with another.
Flight requires you to hold the input when airborne, while dash and gunfire is just a tap.
There's a learning curve to work in with your playstyle but it's pretty simple to get an understanding once the basics are figured out.
-Weapons with Flight: Mjolnir, both Stormbreakers, both Seraphim weapons, and Star-Lords Quad Blaster.
-Weapons with Dash: Mjolnir, both Taskmaster weapons, Wolverine Claw, Thanos' double sword, Killmongers blade, Heimdall sword, Moonknight crescent dart, both Hulk Mace and Axe, and all Captain America shields.
