Enemy Behavior Fix for Bioshock Remastered

Some of you may have noticed that when you set a Splicer on fire and it's near a pool of water, it won't try to run and jump into it to put out the fire. Or when a Splicer has low health, it will run to a random point on the map and heal itself there, which doesn't make sense. This mod aims to fix this and make these game mechanics functional in the game's levels where they were broken in the remastered version. These problems occur specifically in the following levels: Welcome to Rapture, Medical Pavilion, Neptune's Bounty, Fort Frolic, Apollo Square. Some parts of the game will now become a bit more challenging, such as the Steinman boss battle, as he will now attempt to heal himself if his health is low. For now, only the interactions at the Apollo Square health stations are left out, due to the files being hardcoded. See the comparison table in the image tab for better understanding of what was adjusted.

You MUST restart these levels from scratch in order to see the results.
