On default, it will give the player lance a +1 Accuracy & Evasion when the commander is not fielded,
and +1 Initiative and +2 resolve when fielded.
You can change this yourself however if you feel it wasn't enough.
Additionally, you can speed up combat or make it slower, independent from the game settings.
I left it at 50% faster on the settings, I find this value to be sped up enough without losing ideas of what is happening.
There's also a setting to change the career mode score multiplier, leave it at default (0. 0) if you want it untouch.
