Operation Eisenwolf

This is a mission that is open ended and uses the dynamic weather as well as dynamic traffic. You are free to search for enemy vessels as you wish. I recommend using the Arado on the days where it is suitable to fly to increase your chances of finding ships. Hopefully this mission acts a psuedo patrol mode until that game mode arrives. It is possible to sail for many days with the right speed and boiler settings. So far the longest I've done was 25 days(ish)! I hope you guys enjoy it. Mission Briefing: Following the success of previous Atlantic sorties, Scharnhorst and Gneisenau have completed refit and resupply at Brest, France. British naval forces remain heavily committed to convoy escort operations across the North Atlantic, and Naval High Command believes the enemy’s shipping network remains vulnerable to fast surface raiders. You will assume command of the operation from aboard Scharnhorst. Gneisenau will operate as your subordinate unit throughout the patrol. Your task force is ordered to depart Brest under cover of darkness and break into the Atlantic shipping lanes west of Ireland. Sink 20,000 tons and return to Brest upon completion.
