(Compatibility Helper for Modular Vanilla)
This micro-mod does one thing only:
It automatically enables and locks MSU’s Expanded Skill and Item Tooltips, because some mod setups — especially when using mod_modular_vanilla without Reforged — break the AP/Fatigue preview unless this option is turned on.
So instead of:
