More Flags ships its 27 banners as a straight overwrite of the vanilla banner list, which loses to the base game on modern setups. This patch registers them at runtime instead. Requires More Flags.
What this fixes
More Flags installs 27 extra banners, but on many setups, the new game screen still only offers the vanilla ones. The artwork loads fine, but the banner list does not update.
Why
More Flags replaces the vanilla file `scripts/config/banners.nut`. Every other file it ships uses a new path, so the graphics load without conflicts. However, that single config file collides with the base game and gets overwritten.
The patch
Registers banner_100 to banner_126 at runtime instead of overwriting the vanilla file. This is the same method the official DLC uses. Since there is no file collision, load order is no longer an issue.
