Your retinue and your cart were always an afterthought. Five seats you fill once and forget, and a wagon you buy three times. This mod turns both into something you keep investing in.

English and Korean are both supported. The mod detects the Korean translation patch on startup and switches its own text accordingly. One file, no version to choose.

The defaults are tuned to be played as-is. Everything is configurable through MSU if you want it, but you never have to open the settings.

Built alongside two other mods of mine

This works on its own. But it is balanced against Balance & QoL and Better Enemy, and a few things here are quietly waiting for them.

• []The upgraded Drill Sergeant keeps giving experience up to level 21. Vanilla stops your men at 11, so half of that upgrade sits unused. Balance & QoL is what turns levels 12 to 20 into real growth - and with it installed, an upgraded Drill Sergeant also opens a fourth talent at the training hall and a fourth attribute choice on every level-up.[/]

  []Agent + Lookout warns you when the champions in an area are carrying good gear. That warning only has anything to say with Better Enemy installed, because vanilla champions rarely do.[/]

Retinue

• []Up to 10 follower seats instead of 5, each unlocking at a renown tier you choose.[/]

  []Hiring cost scales past the 5th seat - x2 for the 6th, x3 for the 7th, and so on.[/]

  []The 6th seat and beyond only open once the first five are filled.[/]

  []Re-hiring is free for the five vanilla seats. The extra seats cost, and an upgraded follower costs more - so moving them around is a real decision.[/]

  []The hiring screen shows the real price, multiplier included. The hiring screen now displays the actual scaled price instead of the base price. [/]

  []Minstrel and Cook are worth taking now. The Minstrel needed every settlement on the map - by then your renown is already high and nobody bothered. He now unlocks at half. The Cook needed 8 different provisions at once; now 6.[/]

Right-click a seated follower at the campfire to pay crowns and make them better. The purchase is saved with your campaign.

An upgrade costs four to eight times that follower's hiring price. The Scavenger is the cheapest at 6,000 crowns, the Cartographer the dearest at 20,000, and upgrading all eighteen runs to about 247,00
