Since I found some other unblockers fishy because they are so overloaded and I don't want to check their code to find out what's going on, I decided to make a small simple bat, that just unblocks everything in the directory it is in.
Instruction for DLL unblock:
1. Download
2. Extract to your "Modules" folder (or any other directory where you want to unblock files)
3. Launch unblock_files.bat
4. Close Powershell
5. Endorse mod & play
(You can check the code with notepad++ or some editor)
