Configurable via MCM:
- new freedom mode: you can now choose the perks you want and leave the ones you don't
- Manual or automtic perk assighn
- Player, Family And Companions (default) – main hero, clan members, and companions get both perks.
- Player Only – only the main hero gets both perks.
- Companions And Family Only – clan members and companions get both perks, but not the main hero.
- All Heroes – every hero in the world gets both perks.
- Disabled – the mod is turned off and adds no perks.
- you can now disable doctors oath in MCM
- has a build in xp multiplier (which is set to 1 by default)

If your game is crashing on startup, please make sure you have Mod Configuration Menu and its dependencies (Harmony, …) installed and enabled in the launcher.
If that doesn’t fix it, try unblocking the DLLs:
1. Open File Explorer and go to where the nexus files are installed.
2. The most common path is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\both_perks\bin
(If Steam or Bannerlord is on another drive, adjust the drive/path accordingly.)
3. Right-click each .dll file and select Properties.
4. If you see a checkbox at the bottom that says “Unblock”, tick it and click Apply.
5. If there is no unblock checkbox on any of the files, then blocked DLLs were not the problem.
