This mod introduces two new NPCs to the world who will help you find and furnish your perfect abode. With 8 unique properties now available there's a home for every type of Tav. Once you've purchased a property, it's time to make it your own! The Decorator vendor offers a wide selection of clutter to turn your empty house into a home. Furthermore, to ensure maximum compatibility with the wonderful world of BG3 modding, we've included The Realtor Chest. This special container holds a copy of the Tutorial Chest's inventory, ensuring that items from other mods you use are not lost and can be easily retrieved to decorate your new homes. This is a perfect combo with mods like ASE Glamping. Settle down, get decorating, and give your hero the home they deserve and The Realtor mod will make sure your customized area stays exactly the way you left it throughout your entire gameplay!

is currently unavoidable due to how the teleport function works. I have
