Summon The Hand of Ilyn Toth

The undead hand of Ilyn Toth is a summonable companion whose Thayan Dread curse causes enemies near it to become vulnerable to necrotic damage.

The hand begins its adventures weakened by time, but regains its vitality as you advance in your adventure.

When you wish to summon the hand, interact with his Hand Basket in your inventory to cast the spell.

The Hand Basket can be found in a chest in Ilyn Toth’s laboratory below the Blighted Village or can be acquired from the tutorial chest.
