Pause The Game

Overview

Pause The Game lets you pause Baldur's Gate 3 with a single keypress, even in multiplayer sessions.

Pressing ` (the key between ESC and Tab; configurable in MCM) will show a pause message to everyone in the session. Click "Unpause" to resume.

Can be installed or uninstalled at any time.

Features

• []Allows pausing at basically any point in-game (even cutscenes, though if Narrator is speaking she'll finish the current line)

  []Works in singleplayer and multiplayer (can disallow clients from pausing/unpausing)

  []Configurable via the Mod Configuration Menu (MCM)

  []Pausing state is visually indicated for all players. Everyone must click 'Unpause' at some point to close the pause message.

  Installation

  • []Download the .zip file and install using BG3MM.

    Requirements

    • BG3 Script Extender (you can easily install it with BG3MM through its Tools tab or by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+T while its window is focused).

    Auto Lockpicking - initiates lockpicking automatically

    Configurable Pickpocketing - configure pickpocketing difficulty parameters

    Configurable Fall Damage - configure fall damage and prone parameters
