Fixes masculine Haarlep's broken tail animations caused by Patch 8.
A small and simple fix - After Patch 8 Haarlep's tail (in his masculine form) stopped swishing about during his cutscene. I finally figured out what was wrong with it and fixed it! Now it's all swishy again!
Haarlep's femme form was unaffected by the issue so has been untouched.
Compatible with any mods that change Haarlep's visuals, so long as they don't change the tail.
