BG3AF - Animation Framework

This mod handles various AnimationSet/Template and Pose related problems and enables modders to:

• []not overwrite each others changes when editing the same AnimationSets

  []being able to add PhotoMode Poses or Expressions to specific Collections on demand (allows for automated collection patches if someone wants to set it up)

  []create new PhotoMode Poses of existing game animations on demand (No need for .lsx files) - (Only about a 150 can be created savely (limitation of Script Extender), an optional parameter was added to allow going beyond but it may result in memory leaks) <- I tested this with about 100. 000 existing game animations converted into poses and it ran fine. (I didn't test for long, just make people aware)

  []add/remove AnimationSets and AnimationSet Overrides on an Entity on demand

  Whenever we have the other 2 things working i intend on porting the heightmatching system BG3SX uses in case anyone may need it at some point.
