If you used Nexus to install just uninstall there. If you manually installed, just remove the loose genital files from this directory. Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Models\Tieflings\_Female/_Male/_FemaleStrong/_MaleStrong respectively.
They are only loose files so they dont screw anything up by installing or removing them.
