True Rage Unlimited

There is a Mod called Unlimited Rage that is suggested for Brawl Real-Time Combat that is supposed to make Rage Unlimited in Duration, but it's not thorough and doesn't work once you specialize as a Barbarian.

So I made this Mod as it Truly Makes every Rage available in game Unlimited in duration and additionally got rid of that pesky effect that made it necessary to attack or be attacked to maintain Rage.

Additionally you don't need to be in Combat to activate Rage now.

Btw If I missed a version of rage just incase, please let me know in the comments and I will attend to it.

Lastly the Rage Impeded effect due to heavy Amour is still present, you have to install another mod to get rid of that, personally I kept it because I'm not trying to make a "Cheat" here and actually want to make a submod for that effect for Karlach specifically related to my Damage Destruction Mod.
