Tiefling face Tattoos

Update 08/08/2026 - added STAV files and PNGs

I hope everyone's fairing okay in these fluctuating temperatures.

Here's the accompanying face tattoos to the Tiefling Tail tattoos I made last year. There are at least 3 face tattoos per design, some have more, which ones were purely down to what I was feeling at the time.

There are 44 on the utav and replacer versions (so all of the tattoos on the Atlas) and the extended kavt ones have a few extra for a total of 51. Which the "extra" ones were, were designs which I thought weren't as "good" as the others, but that's just my tastes. If there's one of the "extra" tattoos that you would like to use but you don't use KAVT, send me a message and I'll swap it out for you.

Important for KAVT NVP users: which tattoos you download depends on which version of kavt nvp you're running so please read the info below so you get the version that will work with your set up.

These were a lot of fun to make and the won out the poll for the next release so I hope you all like them too.

These can be used for UTAV or KAVT NVP.

For these to work with KAVT NVP, you have to use version KAVT NVP 1. 4 or earlier or these will not appear. 

If you are using version 1. 5 or later, please use the regular KAVT version.

Remember custom face tattoos will only work on custom heads that are UTAV/KAVT compatible or patched!

If you're using the UTAV version, extract the Zip and drop the "Generated" folder into your "Data" folder which should look something like this:

(disk:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data)

This version of the face tattoos is for Kazstra's Virtual Tav x Tattoo Makeup and Scar Extender (KAVT) and replaces 51 of the face tattoo options.

These are also for KAVT NVP version 1. 5 or later.
