📋 About This Mod
Tav is an Aberration...and so are his friends!
The game files show that Tav was meant have the tags: BALDURIAN and ILLITHID. But in game Tav only got the Baldurian tag.
Now, this doesn't seem right because, according to my lore, I am not from Baldur's Gate at all. But I am an Illithid, can't help that.
So, eventually I will get the ILLITHID tag on Tav, maybe even the MONSTROSITY tag. But, for now....
Tav is an aberration, and so are all the Origin characters.
Why does this matter? Accuracy. Illithids are Aberrations. Tav carries a Mindflayer Tadpole: Tav is an Illithid: Tav is an Aberration.
More importantly, certain enemies have Advantage against Aberrations. My Better Githyanki mod gives Gith a bonus against Aberrations. So, this will make things a little harder for Tav...if Tav is up for the challenge!
