Sneaky Sharran - Shadowheart Starting Armour Tweak

Features:

• []Shadowheart starts with studded leather armour now instead of her Shar chainshirt

  []Optional version that removes her mace and shield in favour of a shortsword and dagger

  []Both versions keep the old armour in her inventory, should she trust her travel companions enough to reveal her secret

  []Out of the box compatibility with appearance mods like Undercut Bun Hairstyle for Shadowheart as well as gameplay focused "starting" mods like Alternate Origin Subclasses

  Notes:

  • []I'm looking into ways to remove her Sharran headpiece from her Spring (act 1 and 2) hair but a part of me feels like it's still a cute hint for players (along with her circlet)

    []Only works when recruiting her on the Nautiloid, for now (something resets her equipment on the beach, any pointers are appreciated!) - if this is a dealbreaker, check out Incognito Sharran - No Shar Symbol Shadowheart which sets out to replace the armour entirely along with her camp clothes and underwear!

    []I didn't learn from them but if you are looking to edit this file yourself, Lynstence has an EXCELLENT guide for it

    Install:

    • []Drop the "pak" file into C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods, launch mod manager and drag the file from the right window into the left window (be sure to save and export the loadorder before launching the game!)
