Ravengard doesn't need a new outfit, but he does want one. Wearing full plate armour everywhere he went was getting him down.
I gave him hair while I was at it, I couldn't resist. I think it works, but if you're not feeling it, there's a separate OG bald head file.
His portrait will also correctly display the altered visuals.
Installation / uninstallation mid-playthrough totally fine. Install with Baldur’s Gate 3 Mod Manager.
