📋 About This Mod
Witcher Update:
New:Ulma the Witcher
Ulma, the leader of the Gur is a Wticher.
What's Changed:
Ulma is wearing Bear School armour and has Witcher eyes.
Required: Bear School Gear (The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt)
Updated:
Confused Merchant Regis
Arves is now wearing Regis' actual outfit. His skin tone is a bit more vampire-ish and he is also now a more appropriate level 10 vampire.
Required: Witcher Outfits - Regis is now required for his outfit. Much thanks to Cerberry.
Gandrel the Witcher
Gandrel now has both silver and steel swords equipped. He will have dirt on him in the swamp, but will be clean when you meet him again in Rivington.
Confused Merchant Regis
This is just a bit of fun. The confused merchant outside the House of Grief is voiced by Mark Noble, who played Regis in The Witcher 3.
What's Changed: The Confused Merchant is wearing Regis' jacket, pants, gloves and boots. He has Regis' hair and muttonchops (pretend he has no mustache pls).
Required: Hairstyles from the Continent (for Regis' hair) and Witcher Outfits - Regis (for the outfit).
Much thanks to Bububull and Cerberry.
Gandrel the Witcher
Gandrel the Gur monster-hunter is a Witcher (it just makes sense).
What's Changed: Gandrel is wearing Manticore armour and has two Witcher swords. He also has Witcher eyes.
He will have dirt on him in swamp, but will be clean when you meet him again in Rivington.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Massive community adoption (167k downloads) — clearly a go-to for NPC overhauls.
- Active development (updated May 2026) — you know it's not abandoned.
- Simple visual upgrade — no gameplay changes, just a fresh coat of paint for your NPCs.
⚠️ Cons
- 455 endorsements is decent but not top-tier — might not be the most polished overhaul out there.
- Compatibility with other NPC mods is unconfirmed — could conflict if you're stacking overhauls.
For players who want a quick visual refresh of NPCs without overhauling gameplay. If you're tired of vanilla faces and outfits, this mod delivers. Skip if you're looking for lore-friendly overhauls or deep customization — this is a straightforward restyle.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Check if the mod requires a mod manager like Vortex or MO2 — manual install might be possible but a manager keeps things clean.
- If you're using other NPC overhauls, load this one last to ensure its changes take priority.
- Preview the mod's screenshots (if any) to see if the style matches your taste before installing.
