QOL - Weapon Utilities

This mod changes some aspects of oils and poisons to make them a lot more useful, bringing some rebalancing to the whole idea of using weapon coatings.

In Baldurs Gate 3 all natural resources and ingredients in general are finite. Meaning if one's out of his favorite poison and he doesn't have the necessary ingredients, he would need to look in shops for the one or the other. Poison durations were to short for what they offered and what they cost to made, not to mention we needed to reapply them before each fight ... for every member of our party that wants to use them. Oils were in even worse situation, since they require much rarer ingredients in general.

From now on all durations of poison and oil coatings are increased, fire dip duration is increased by some amount too.

Additionally from now on, it makes all coatings non-interchangeble, well all except fire that can overlap any other coating. If you want to apply new coating, you need to clean your weapon be it with water, or dip it in fire to burn off the old residue. Also, to accommodate this change, swapping your weapon costs not one  Action Point, but one Bonus Action Point and the "DIP" action is totally FREE!

Finally, with this mod mixing two types of coating is much easier!! (Instructions of how to do it in the Read Me)

Now you can finally play your poison assassin or ranger without the fear of going bankrupt. It also adds some flavor with cleaning mechanics. From now on, always remember to keep some water in your pockets ... or just ask your cleric for a water shower  :)
