Power Word Bald

Power Word: Bald adds a deeply necessary level 1 Enchantment spell that does exactly what it says.

On a failed Wisdom saving throw, the target is rendered completely bald for 3 turns. They also take 1d4 Psychic damage while processing their newfound appearance and suffer a -20 penalty to Charisma.
