Playable Mummy Race

Adds playable mummy race with 1 alternative appearance.

Recommend silent voice mod.

Resistance to poison and necrotic damage

Ability: Dreadful Glare. As an action, force a target to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC scaling with Constitution) or become frightened for 2 turns. Usable at will.

Ability: Multiattack. Make 2 unarmed attacks at a frightened creature, dealing 1D6 + Strength bludgeoning damage on each hit. At levels 5, 11, and 17 add 1D6 necrotic damage to each attack.

The multiattack was meant to be relatively balanced compared to extra attack with a 2 handed weapon but... it only counts as one attack action so you get both. Definitely kind of OP but I don't know how to fix that currently so oh well >.<
