So yeah, everyone's naked. Enjoy. I recommend some of my body mods to go with this, for extra fun.
Drop the public folder INSIDE your data folder within your BG3 install directory. If you don't know where that is, right click the game in Steam, choose manage, browse local files.
Custom outfits do not show up as nude, this is a feature so you can show up all the nude peasants with your fancy clothing.
Known Issues:
Conflicts with BCB mod. Use the optional file in this mod instead, as it only has the nude bodies. Doesn't require BCB Pak or anything.
Anyone with a helm that hides hair will instead be bald, this looks even worse on PCs with helms, but luckily you can just switch to your camp outfit because you're nude either way.
Genitals will not show on most NPCs, however the No Pants Mod has an optional file to add them in, so definitely go use that unless you like barbies.
There will be some missing textures if you choose to only affect one sex. Most textures should still work.
