Install by putting in the mod folder in your %USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods and then activate in a mod manager. The outfits can be found in the tutorial chest or if you summon the tutorial chest. This works on Human/Elf/Half-Elf/Drow with no problems and on Tiefling and Githyanki but with a visible neck seam.
Now has support for the Strong/Type 3 body. The normal bodies work for all Type 3 bodies, and there's a separate one that has Karlach's special textures.
