Battlemasters are pretty awesome already, but I was unimpressed with rally, sweeping strike and second wind so I made the following changes.
General Fighter Changes
Second Wind
-Costs a reaction instead of a bonus action (so it doesn't compete with potions)
-Healing scaling changed to be more in line with potion numbers
Level 1: 2d4+Level
Level 4: 4d4+Level
Level 8: 8d4+Level
Level 11: 10d4+LevelBattlemaster Maneuver Changes
Sweeping Strike
-Damage change to Melee Weapon damage/2 + Superiority die
-Range increased from 2 to 3
-Once per turn cooldown
Rally
-Temporary HP changed to Levelx2 + Superiority dieBattlemaster Progression Changes
Level 3
-Unlock 1 additional maneuver (4 total)
Level 7
-Superiority die increased to +2 (6 total)
-Superiority die improved to 1d10
