Have you ever wished that Finesse weapons had a Great Weapon Master equivalent? Do you love sword-and-board characters, but the Duelling Fighting Style just doesn't cut it for you?
Have no fear, Dexterous Weapon Master is here!
Dexterous Weapon Master (DWM) is a feat which grants you a toggleable passive, reducing your attack rolls by 3 while increasing your damage by 6 with any Finesse weapon with which you are Proficient. Additionally, when you land a Critical Hit on an enemy with a melee weapon attack, you Stagger them, opening up their defenses and allowing you to strike harder, dealing additional damage equal to your Proficiency Bonus.
This mod was created in collaboration with Dedewhale, who provided the idea and direction for the Feat. It was created out of a need to fill a hole left by the likes of GWM and Sharpshooter, allowing your DEX-based Fighters and Rogues to shine without being constrained to two-handed or ranged weapons.
