📋 About This Mod
Overview
Combat Grouping By Proximity allows expanding combat encounters with configurable combat clustering.
Enemies within a set radius of each other will join combat. Think of it as a 'shouting range'. This is particularly useful for modded encounters where groups of enemies will not aggro together at the player depending on distance and/or line-of-sight, unlike vanilla encounters.
Features
This mod provides a flexible combat grouping system configurable through MCM that:-
[]Clusters/pulls creatures into combat with the player if they're within a configurable radius of each other;
[
]Excludes allies of any party member from being pulled into combat against the player;[]Lets you enable/disable checks for line of sight, sleep, unconsciousness, and silence;
[]Allows characters with the CGBP_IGNORE passive to fully opt out of clustering.
Notes
-
[]Clustering is triggered when a character enters combat;
[
]Hostility is set using temporary hostility, which should reset if enemies flee or are knocked out (though clusters will reform if aggroed again);[]Radius ignores walls or obstacles (10~20m is a good range for most encounters).

- Check the mod's configuration options to adjust grouping distance to your playstyle.
- Test with a few enemies to see how the grouping behaves before relying on it in tough fights.
- Since the mod excludes allies and opted-out characters, make sure your allies aren't accidentally excluded if you want them grouped.
