Choose Starting Equipment PHB

SINGLE PLAYER ONLY

I had the opportunity to do some testing in multiplayer and setting the quests to the user scope seems to only let the host choose gear. I don't plan to address this as it would require a completely different approach, so probably just don't use the mod in multiplayer.

I made this mostly for practice, but I figured someone might like it. After normal character creation, you will get a series of equipment options based on the 2014 PHB. The only thing I didn't manage to nail down was restricting the main weapon and armor choices if you're a cleric. For some reason checking for proficiency with the armor didn't work. I plan to go back and figure it out as I'd like this to be as close to RAW as possible (and because the warning to mind your proficiencies isn't as prominent as I'd like).

By the way, I also took away the starting potions and revivification scrolls as those aren't RAW starting gear (though a single revivification scroll has been placed in the tutorial chest).

I recommend picking up Darts by Aether and Lumaterian.
