📋 About This Mod
⫸
Body tattoo for Kazstra Virtual Tav and Unique TavAlthough this is an all-in-one mod, only one tattoo may be "active" at a time. See below for installation instructions.
My attempt at drawing my favourite tattoo from Cyberpunk 2077. Fits with a few of the head tattoos I made for Techno-necromancers Face Tattoos (link below).
Note that asymmetrical tattoos on the legs are not possible without a lot of jank.
⫸ Includes:
-
[]relatively loyal re-creation of the og tattoo (M/F)
[
]this same og tattoo but without the legs (M/F)[]an expanded "full" version of it with more on the torso and limbs (M/F)
[]an "all-black" body tattoo because rakor wanted to do science - this isn't the most serious one, also note that since tattoos don't cover the genitals, it looks pretty funny naked.
Because of this I had to make an "F" alternative version which tries to smooth this warping out.
⫸ Installation:
Extract the zip, copy and paste the Data folder into your BG3 game directory. To switch tattoos, navigate to this folder:
..\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\unique_tav\BODY\TATTOO
Inside the TATTOO folder the tattoo file must be named:
Skin_Atlas_Body_UNI_Tattoo_A_MSK. DDS
This mod fills the TATTOO folder with a number of subfolders, each with one tattoo inside - you can leave them in these directories they won't do anything.
For the tattoo you want to use, just go into a subfolder, copy the DDS file you want, head back to TATTOO, and paste it (overwriting the one currently there).

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Gets you that iconic Cyberpunk 2077 blackwork tattoo without the full game
- Small but dedicated following (29 endorsements) — it's a niche pick
- Simple cosmetic addition that won't bloat your load order
⚠️ Cons
- Only one tattoo design — don't expect a full tattoo pack
- Low endorsement count (29) means it's not widely tested
- No screenshots or install details in the description, so you're flying blind
For Cyberpunk 2077 fans who want to rock that specific blackwork tattoo in their character customization. If you're after a variety of tattoo options, this isn't it — it's a single, focused design.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Check the mod's file structure — if it's a loose file, just drop it into your mods folder; if it's an archive, use a mod manager like Vortex or MO2.
- Make sure you have the base game's character customization unlocked — this mod adds to that menu, so it won't show up until you're in the character editor.
- Since it's a cosmetic mod, it should be compatible with most setups, but always verify it doesn't conflict with other tattoo mods you have installed.
