Adds a few useful abilities to the sad ol' hatchets
Hand Axes now:
Can Hook Shield: attempt to use the inside of your blade to pull down an opponent’s Shield, reducing their AC by 2. Bonus Action. Once per Turn.
Give More Chop Chop: Repeatedly hack at an opponent’s weapon arm, attempting to disarm them. Costs 1 Action and 1 Bonus Action Point. Once per Short Rest.
