Moonlight Glaive with Finesse and Proficiency

The Moonlight Glaive was an enchanted Selûnite weapon that once belonged to Dame Aylin, a daughter of Selûne. It can be obtained at the very end of the “Find the Nightsong” questline (act 2) as part of Shadowheart's side campaigns. There is another glaive in the game that may fit with the rogues, it's The Dancing Breeze, sold by Exxvikyap in Rivington (act 3) which grants Finesse and "whirlwind" attack, but not advantage and no glaive proficiency. Very sad.

Promised Victory add some kind of advantage thanks to "Guiding Bolt" condition. By the way, I fixed it, so now, it inflicts 2 turns of "guiding bolt", so at least 1 is staying at the end of turn. We also find this passive in Gontr Mael, the legendary bow, so why not adding Celestial Haste too ? I like homogenization :)

Because the original Moonlight Glaive was a bit sad as a reward of a fantastic questline, I propose a nice balanced update  :

- Finesse property

- Whirlwind attack (per battle cooldown)

- Moonlight butterflies attack (per battle cooldown)

- Proficiency(Glaives)

- Promised Victory, like Gontr Mael, FIXED

- Celestial Haste, like Gontr Mael

- Fitz, the weapon trader in Lower City (act 3) for those who unfortunately lost the glaive.
