I finally finished working on this head. There is an ear seam that I can't get rid off but I hope that can be overlooked.
Optional file with fangs available! Can be installed alongside the regular version.
Installation:
Unzip and place .pak file in your mods folder. Then activate in bg3 mod manager/the in game mod manager.
Be sure to set "animation level of detail" to high!
