Wasn't planning on releasing this head yet, but I'm impatient so here we go lol.
Vampire version (both fangs and bite scar) available now!
Installation:
Unzip and place the .pak file in your mods folder. Then activate in bg3 mod manager/the in game mod manager.
Be sure to set "animation level of detail" to high!
