Always on Display Hotbar Icons Detail (AODHID) for Mystra's Spells

I've completely redefined over 1,000 skill icons to visually indicate:

  []Whether the skill has a Cool Down

  This redefinition helps to:

  • []Clearly distinguish between skills that share the same base icon.

    []Change generic "General Icons" used for certain skills to more specific ones.
