Tamtey Be Quiet

This mod aims to reduce Tamtey's constant yapping and moaning while mounted.

While I can't mute them entirely, I think I've found a way to at least minimize most of the aggravating player effort sounds, such as grunting every time you make your Ikran turn or climb. I'm using voice 1 so I don't know if it's as annoying with the other voices. Still testing, feel free to report if it's working properly.

To install, toss blue and dlc3 into AFOP root directory.
