Hunter's Craft (Enhanced Harvesting and Crafting)

Are you the type of Na'vi who would rather harness the many abundant resources of Pandora to craft your own gear and weapons, like Eywa intended, rather than scavenging them from some dusty old RDA crates, or purchasing them from some shifty capitalist merchant? Perhaps you've always wanted to, but instead hesitated due to some of the perceived challenges involved in collecting your own materials. Well this mod is designed to both simplify and enhance several of the hunter/gatherer gameplay loops, effectively making this style of play even more approachable and rewarding.

What this mod does:

Streamlines and buffs several aspects of games hunting, harvesting, fishing, cooking, and crafting.

Greatly increases chance of receiving "Clean Kill" and "Merciful" hunting bonuses with Na'vi weapons, as well as allows RDA weapons to be used when hunting and gathering materials

Base Game: With the base games hunting, the only way to get the highest quality materials was by landing a single kill shot to an animals weak spot. Anything less then that, and you would not receive both the "Clean Kill" and "Merciful" bonuses. Additionally, hunting was also limited to Na'vi weapons only, as using any RDA weapons would cause a "Ruined" state, preventing you from being able to collect any materials.

Mod: This mod loosens or completely removes the restrictive penalties, allowing you to now more easily collect all those precious high quality materials. Instead of one perfect shot being required, you are now allowed up to 3 hits total (none of which need to hit the animals weak spot) in order to receive both the "Clean Kill" and "Merciful" bonuses. Note however that if you take too long, or the animal runs off and receives more than 10% bleed out damage before dying, you will not receive the "Clean Kill" bonus. In addition, this mod also now allows you to collect materials from any animals killed with RDA weapons. However because shooting all those adorable little creatures with high powered weapons makes Eywa cry, you will still not be able to receive the max level quality bonuses when using guns.
